The security deposit is a non-refundable payment that covers the cleaning fee for the unit as well as potential damages that may occur while in your possession. This deposit will protect you from incurring additional fees as it relates to damage to the unit. The exact amount can vary depending on the product.

It’s easy! At checkout, you will be prompted to add detailed delivery information to the order notes. You will add the student’s name, school name, address and dorm information to the fields indicated at checkout.
1st Delivery – Orders received by August 21st
New York (Albany, New Lebanon and surrounding area) August 24th
Connecticut (Waterbury, Middletown, Southington, Wallingford and surrounding) – Between August 25th – August 27th
Massachusetts (Great Barrington, Sheffield, Lee, Pittsfield) – August 27th Williamstown – August 28th
2nd Delivery – Orders received after August 21st and before August 29th

Connecticut (Waterbury, Middletown, Southington, Wallingford and surrounding) – August 31st, September 1st & 2nd
Massachusetts (Great Barrington, Sheffield, Lee, Pittsfield) –September 2nd Williamstown – September 3rd
After checkout, you will receive an invoice sent to you via email. The invoice will include a link to easily pay the deposit balance. Along with that email, you will receive a rental agreement notice. To ensure your items are confirmed for delivery, please be sure to immediately pay the deposit balance.
The products are set up per semester. If you select semester billing between August – December, your rental agreement will automatically renew for the second semester unless you cancel your rental agreement prior to the renewal date, January 1st.
If you do wish to keep the product for the second term, no need to contact us. You will receive an invoice in December that will include a link to make payment for the 2nd semester rental use. Please be sure to pay the invoice before January 1st to avoid late fees and item pick-up.
