b. The term of the rental shall commence on August 31st and terminate May 31st, covering the duration of the school year.
c. If you wish to rent a product for the second semester only, you will be allowed to do so at a specified time. The rental agreement will apply from January until May 31st.
d. If the rented item malfunctions during your possession, please reach out to My Cozy Dorm Room by email at mycozydormroom@gmail.com to initiate the replacement process. We will provide instructions at the time of contact.
e. If the rented item is lost or stolen while in your possession, you must reach out to us immediately by email at mycozydormroom@gmail.com. Additional charges may apply. We may request additional information, such as official reports, to assist in the assessment of the situation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and enter into a rental agreement. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

a. We reserve the sole and discretionary right to approve or deny any refund or exchange request. Returns and exchanges will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
b. In the event My Cozy Dorm Room approves an exchange, you will be invoiced for the balance if the replacement product costs more than the original item. The balance must be paid prior to delivering the exchanged product. If the exchanged product is of lesser value than the original product, My Cozy Dorm Room will determine whether a credit will be applied to your account or a refund will be initiated.
c. Upon approval of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct any processing fees incurred during the original purchase from the refunded amount. The processing fees cover administrative costs, transaction charges, and related expenses associated with the initial transaction.
